Queen Elizabeth II Swears by this Drugstore Nail Polish

While Queen Elizabeth II is customarily seen wearing gloves, underneath she’s pronounced to have ideally manicured nails embellished in a renouned drugstore spike polish.

According to Essie’s website, Her Majesty has been wearing a brand’s cult classical “Ballet Slippers” ever given 1989 (clearly, she knows what she likes and sticks to it). Legend has it a Queen’s beautician sent Essie founder, Essie Weingarten, 28 years ago, requesting a bottle of a sheer, pearly pinkish hue, as it was a “only colour Her Majesty would wear.”

But Queen Elizabeth II isn’t a usually stately who’s a fan of this shade — her granddaughter-in-law Catherine, a Duchess of Cambridge, is pronounced to have ragged a really same colour on her marriage day in 2011. Did Her Majesty lend KMids a bottle, perhaps? And some-more importantly, will small Princess Charlotte follow suit?

Only time will tell, though in a meantime, we’ll be streamer to a drugstore to squeeze ourselves a few bottles so we, too, can channel the middle royal. It is, after all, a shade utterly literally fit for a queen.
